MUSE

A group project that aims to create a music competition and fashion show to uplift, fuse, and anchor the breath and realm of fashion and musical arts in the local Raleigh community, particularly for students. The mission is also to create a sense of collaboration and unity among fashion and music and to create design elements/pieces to establish, express, and embody the partnership. My supporting role contributed to the development of the small scale voting ballot (branding), the medium scale program brochure (interaction), and the large scale backstage promo-video (service) that serve.

REFLECTION INSIGHTS

One of the major take away points gathered from working in this highly collaborative group project, was gaining an understanding of these major areas known as touchpoints—particularly in discussions concerning branding that frequently overlaps the areas of interaction and service. Apart from making attempts to build a bridge towards the aesthetic treatment among each of the participating group members, I have come to see how branding could expand the full totality of the lived experience and was able to create several aspects that was highly defined for specific audiences based on the visual research studies I personally captured through both still and mobile photography.
